We did our homework with living home loans before searching for a property and it was super easy! Then began our search which seemed every weekend to go nowhere. Finally we found a place and started the online auction process. We won and unfortunately we didn’t realise it was unconditional after being told we would have a 21 days finance clause. Stressful was an understatement but as soon as I called Kirsty and her team she reassured me that nothing would go wrong we had already done our homework. My husband and I recently approached Andrew and Kirsty for their assistance in looking at purchasing our first home. We've been long time renters and felt we had a short window of opportunity to get into the market. Andrew was of great assistance working through our current finances and helping us understand our position in the current market. We persisted with searching for a new home and suddenly we were in a 30 day settlement period, before we were even able to move through the pre-approval process! Andrew and the team accelerated their work and were able to provide us with advice and options very quickly, and before we knew it our finance was pending, then approved. Personally, as a first home buyer, I had no idea what to expect of this overwhelming process. What I really appreciated, was feeling that Andrew and his team were definitely considering what was best for us, and our finances, and I felt a great sense of trust in their guidance and the direction we were heading.
