We did our homework with living home loans before searching for a property and it was super easy! Then began our search which seemed every weekend to go nowhere. Finally we found a place and started the online auction process. We won and unfortunately we didn’t realise it was unconditional after being told we would have a 21 days finance clause. Stressful was an understatement but as soon as I called Kirsty and her team she reassured me that nothing would go wrong we had already done our homework. My husband and I recently approached Andrew and Kirsty for their assistance in looking at purchasing our first home. We've been long time renters and felt we had a short window of opportunity to get into the market. Andrew was of great assistance working through our current finances and helping us understand our position in the current market. We persisted with searching for a new home and suddenly we were in a 30 day settlement period, before we were even able to move through the pre-approval process! Andrew and the team accelerated their work and were able to provide us with advice and options very quickly, and before we knew it our finance was pending, then approved. Personally, as a first home buyer, I had no idea what to expect of this overwhelming process. We highly recommend Kirsty, Andrew & the team at Living Home Loans. We were referred to them after going through several Mortgage Brokers that wouldn’t even help us refinance from a high interest rate fixed loan so we were close to selling up our house but they helped us find a bank that took on our loan & at a massive drop in interest rates so we were able to keep our house & save. This was about 2 years ago & we have now used their services again to refinance to do an extension & renovations on our house & they have been nothing but professional & helpful. We also live in the ACT so have had all contact & assistance via email & phone so it doesn’t matter where you live in Australia they can help.

The team at living home loans helped me get into my first home. With out them I would most likely still be renting considering I had attempted to get a loan directly through two banks and two other mortgage brokers before I was recommended to get in touch with the team and they made it work! They made everything so easy especially being as it was a construction loan. I think they would have answered over 100 questions I had about everything and even went to the effort to help me understand it all. I have just finished using them to refinance and they once again made it so easy and where very helpful and got me the best deal out there.
